Logo, Apparel, Business Card & Website Design
Paws at Home LLC—a new small business providing professional at-home pet care services—faced the unique challenge of building trust with clients who would be welcoming service providers into their homes while they were away. In the competitive pet care industry, where credibility and professionalism are paramount to client acquisition and retention, the business required comprehensive branding that would establish immediate legitimacy and inspire confidence. A complete brand identity system was needed, including logo design, business cards, website, and branded apparel that would function as both professional uniforms and neighborhood marketing assets. Paws at Home LLC commissioned The Pixelle LLC to develop a cohesive brand presence that would position the startup as a trustworthy, professional choice in the local pet care market.
APPROACH & OUTCOME
Client discovery sessions were conducted to uncover key themes, values, aesthetic preferences, and core brand personality traits essential to the project. Must-haves, requirements, deadlines, and intended use cases were identified to ensure successful execution. The resulting insights informed a comprehensive brand development approach that prioritized trust, professionalism, and approachability—critical attributes for a service requiring access to clients’ homes and beloved pets.
Custom branding was created, including a carefully selected color palette and a vector logo designed in all standard formats for print and digital applications (full color, 2-color, 1-color, and black and white variations). Coordinating business cards were designed to project professionalism during client consultations and networking opportunities. The brand identity was extended to apparel, including custom t-shirts and baseball caps, which served a dual strategic purpose: functioning as trust indicators when employees wore official Paws at Home uniforms while visiting client homes throughout the day, and simultaneously serving as mobile marketing assets when team members performed visible services—such as neighborhood dog walking—while wearing branded apparel. This approach effectively transformed every client interaction into a walking endorsement and awareness-building opportunity within the community.
A custom website was crafted and launched to serve as the digital hub for service information, client testimonials, and booking inquiries. Social media-formatted versions of the logo were provided along with correctly sized cover images to ensure consistent brand presentation across digital platforms. The comprehensive brand identity system successfully equipped Paws at Home LLC with professional marketing assets that established credibility, built trust, and supported business growth in the competitive pet care services market.
