Maintain direct mail revenue as TRIMSPA continued to gain retail market share.

Consistently deliver seamless branded advertising content across online and offline touchpoints. Lean into Anna Nicole Smith’s popularity as TRIMSPA’s new celebrity spokesperson. Ensure direct mail creative is aligned with concurrent magazine ad creative nationwide.

A new, large format direct mail postcard was created following the debut of Anna Nicole Smith as TRIMSPA’s celebrity spokesperson. The creative was interwoven with imagery from TRIMSPA’s first formal photo shoot featuring the new spokesmodel. Taking a cue from the popular Bed Bath & Beyond mailers of the time, TRIMSPA adjusted the size of its direct mail so it would also effectively stand out from daily mailbox clutter.
