TRIMSPA sought to create a custom NASCAR race car hood graphic as part of the name sponsorship of a televised national race, which included an in-person appearance by TRIMSPA spokesmodel Anna Nicole Smith.

A hood design was crafted that was noticeably different while still looking like it belonged on TRIMSPA’s #32 car. Visual contrast parameters and NASCAR creative requirements were met. The resulting event-specific hood design incorporated Anna Nicole’s likeness. The area of high contrast for the hood, which was signed by Anna Nicole Smith, provided additional photo opportunities for the TRIMSPA spokesmodel, who appeared that day in a branded mock racing suit.

All print creative was aligned with concurrent television spots airing nationwide. Seamless branded advertising content was consistently delivered across online and offline touchpoints.

This work contributed to peak revenue performance achieved from 2002-2004, when annual sales revenue increased 168% to $43 million.
